Thanks to the initiative of Congressman Atty. Roy M. Loyola, together with Engr. Adrian Barrera, representative from the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), the Starlink Internet Kits were officially turned over to Cavite State University – Silang Campus on October 10, 2025. They were formally received by Dr. Jonathan R. Digma, OIC of the Office of the Campus Administrator and Dr. Erwin L. Cahapin, chairperson of the Department of Information Technology.
Together with Municipal Mayor Gen. Ted Carranza, Councilor Ari Velasco, Councilor Carlo Madlansacay, Councilor Ara Loyola, Board Member Ivee Reyes, and Board Member Aidel Belamide, this initiative marks the introduction of cutting-edge Starlink satellite internet technology to the university. This development paves the way for faster connectivity, improved access to online resources, and enhanced digital learning opportunities. 🚀💻
